757 Spring Flounder and Drum Open

The 757 Spring Flounder and Drum Open is a Catch and Release charity fishing tournament with 50% of all proceeds going to LRNow.

Goal

This tournament is run by Norfolk Academy student, Sam Light, with a goal of getting his school and the 757 community on the water and to spread awareness of a good cause.

Date

The tournament begins June 1, 2026 and ends June 15, 2026. All fish must be caught during that time period. Please note the tournament dates have changed.

Prizes

This will be a Red Drum and Flounder tournament. There will be separate pots for the two fish categories; buy-in will be for both pots. Placement is off of the 3 Longest fish in either category.

First place in either fish category will receive 25% of the total pot; second place will receive their buy-in back.

Rules and Information: All fish must be caught (and proven to be caught) within Norfolk and Virginia Beach during the tournament time period, June 1 - 15, 2026. Please note the dates of the tournament have changed.
